I. A global technocratic government has been planned for generations by elite groups like world leaders, billionaires, and corporations who want more centralized control and see crises as opportunities to consolidate power into a global governance system they dominate.
II. By classifying carbon dioxide as a pollutant and emissions as something that needs to be controlled and limited through accords like UNFCCC and CBD established at summits like the 1992 Earth Summit, a framework has been created that allows complete top-down control over all economic and human activity under environmental justifications.
III. UNFCCC instantly made emissions limited and scarce by saying they must be regulated to prevent climate change, while CBD complements this artificial scarcity by trying to expand emissions rights through conserving and financially incentivizing natural carbon sinks like forests and wetlands.
IV. Declaring emissions as scarce and limited means the right to emit carbon can now be monetized through carbon credits and financial markets that will enable profits from trading, speculating, and arbitraging on carbon allowances, while farmers, companies, and consumers must obtain credits which raises costs.
V. Major corporations have been preparing for decades by strategically buying forests, lands, resources, and municipalities related to emissions credits in anticipation of governments legally mandating carbon markets and trading which will make their holdings vastly more valuable.
VI. The Global Environment Facility enables the financialization of nature by structuring complex deals where supposed carbon sequestration abilities and other ecological processes are leased to companies, converted into financial assets, and marketed as Natural Asset Companies on stock markets.
VII. The deals structured by the GEF are designed so private investors get the lion’s share of control and profits but little risk, while taxpayers and the public take most of the risk despite contributing the majority of financing, showing the priorities.
VIII. Central bank digital currencies will take the restrictions and control of emissions allowances and carbon credits to an extreme level, enabling direct control over consumption and lifestyles by programming in carbon limits and tracking all transactions.
IX. The valuations and scientific basis for the entire carbon emissions ecosystem service financialization agenda relies heavily on estimations, approximations, arbitrary methodologies, limited datasets, and a CO2 consensus created by decades of politically driven framing and research.
X. By leveraging environmental issues like emissions, those already in power aim to control all resources, economic activity, and social behavior on a global scale, with the average person’s freedoms and liberties tightly restricted and economically impoverished while the elite class of individuals and organizations are exponentially enriched financially and with expanded powers.
XI. The anti-democratic collaborators in this planned dominance of humanity via technocratic colonialism involves a select group of multi-billionaires and large global organizations that include:
- Leading Western nations, such as the United States, United Kingdom, etc.
- Global governance agencies including the United Nations (UN), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank, the World Health Organization (WHO), and regional organizations like the European Union (EU).
- Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) or non-profit organizations that emphasize global solutions, such as The World Economic Forum; the World Wildlife Fund (WWF); Oxfam International; Greenpeace; and, Amnesty International
- Transnational commercial entities categorized as global multinational corporations and major financial institutions.
- Western dominated news agencies owned by behemoth media corporations that are responsible for spreading propaganda that only reflects well on the elites’ desire to establish a new global colonialism paradigm that places all of the world’s citizenry into a new form of sacrificial serfdom.
XII. The solution?
It has already started with major national electorates voting to reject the establishment political elites who represent the forces of global colonialism instead of their own nation’s citizens. Large civil unrest and protests by citizens across the world against global policies designed to limit freedoms and opportunity to prosper. The proliferation of alternative news sources that identify the globalist propaganda and entities that are behind the domination of humanity.
And by the spreading of written and visual communications, such as this video, to educate the global public about the imminent threat from those who think they know what is best for all citizens of the world.
